Guarantee of the electric cargo tricycles
A. If the frame, body, and front fork are unsoldered or broken within 6 months, replace them. (External impact, strong turbulence, overload and damage are not covered by the warranty)
B. Paint and spray parts that are found to fall off in a large area within three months shall be repaired or replaced (belonging to man-made damage, scratches are not covered by the warranty)
C. The handlebars and rims of the chrome plating layer blistered and fall off, free replacement within three months.
D. The controller and charger shall be repaired or replaced if the fault occurs within 10 months. (Damage caused by wrong power supply is not within the scope of repair)
E. If the motor has broken gears, broken bearings, cracked motor housings and other faults within 10 months, repair or replace them (man-made damage is not in the scope)

1.Q: Where is your company located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Xianghe county (Beijing- Tianjin corridor), Hebei province, China. Welcome to visit us, the nearest
airport is Beijing capital international airport, and we will arrange customer pickup.
2.Q: What’s the MOQ?
A: Our economic order quantity is a 20′ GP amount. Sample and LCL shipment accepted, but cost much higher.
3.Q: What is the payment terms?
A: T/T is our preference. 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. Photos of the products and packages will be sent to you before
you pay the balance.
4.Q: What’s the delivery time?
A: Mostly we don’t have products in stock, it will take about 15-20 days to finish an order generally speaking.
5.Q:What is your shipping terms?
A: EXW, FOB, CIF.
